  Like any industry there are myths floated around the internet making all sorts of claims. Some true, most are not. Picking out one at a time I'll be addressing these myths! Today I tackle one of the most notorious: When my eyelash extensions came out, my natural lashes came with them… Not only is this a strong myth but also a question we hear very often at Chic Lash.  In actuality the reverse is happening: when your natural lashes grow out, they are bringing the extensions with them! If quality adhesive is being used and the extensions are applied by a professional, the eyelash extensions are actually designed to stay adhered to the natural lash until it grows out, thus PUSHING the extension off. Your natural growth cycle dictates that your lashes grow in and fall out every 60-90 days. However, if you are seeing premature extension shedding and your natural lash isn’t attached to the extension, you should consider the quality of the products and the type of application used.
