We hope you enjoy getting to know our talented group of ladies!   First and Last name Katie Bostock What is your hometown? Spring, Texas How long have you been a lash professional? Since 2006 Social media information www.facebook.com/kashmore What are your hobbies? I love doing anything outdoors. Hiking, taking my dogs to the park, and gardening are some of my favorites. I also love photography and sewing, although I am not very good at it... yet. What would be your dream vacation? Fiji! I love going to the beach and I feel like Fiji would be the ultimate beach vacation! I would stay in one of those huts over the ocean and just swim, snorkel, paddle board, and lay on the beach all week. It would be amazing! What was your occupation prior to becoming a lash stylist? This is in the same industry, but before I became a Lash Stylist, I was an Esthetician and Massage Therapist. I have been in the beauty industry since I was 20, so it is all I've ever done. What prompted you to try something new? I loved working in the beauty industry so it was a natural transition. After I started offering Lash Extensions I became so busy with my lash clients, it just kind of took over my schedule. That is why I made the switch from working in a day spa to working here at Chic Lash. What made you choose Chic Lash Boutique? I love the ambiance, location, and the people. It is so peaceful in here and I know my clients really enjoy it. Jennifer is so wonderful to work for and all of the Chic Lash girls are great! What do you think makes Chic Lash Boutique different from others? Customer service and the quality of our work. I have worked with several lash stylist's over the last few years so I know how talented my co-workers are. What is your favorite part of being a lash stylist? Making women feel beautiful! What was the most memorable lash application and why? I would have to say my most memorable application was on a client of mine who had just gone through Chemotherapy for breast cancer. She had lost all of her hair and eyelashes, but her lashes had finally grown back enough to where we could apply the extensions. She was so happy with the look of her lashes and I could tell she felt so much more confident leaving the spa. What do you tell a potential or new client when she’s unsure about getting lash extensions? Most of the time when clients are unsure, it is because they have heard a horror story from someone who had a bad experience with lash extensions. I always try to explain the process and let them know I have experience and I will not damage their lashes. Anything else you'd like to share? Chic Lash rocks!
