From there, use a specialized lash extension cleanser or shampoo along with a small cleaning brush and run it along your lashes to remove any remaining dirt, makeup, or grime. Use warm water to rinse the cleanser off, and gently pat your lashes with a hand, lint-free microfiber towel or paper towel before allowing them to dry fully.
